The theme of the journal covers the issues of literary criticism, the theory of literature and methods of its teaching, intermedial relations, the history of literature, mythopoetics, and poetics in general. Grinchenko's studies is in the focus of special attention.

Published materials are distributed among applicants for degrees, literary critics, a wide range of philologists.

Edition languages: Ukrainian, English, Polish, German, Italian, French, Spanish, Turkish.

"Literary Process: Methodology, Names, Trends" is an academic biannual publication of the Borys Grinchenko Kyiv Metropolitan University.

Borys Grinchenko Kyiv Metropolitan University was established on December 26, 2023 by the merger of Borys Grinchenko Kyiv University and Municipal Higher Education Institution “Kyiv Academy of Arts” and is their successor (based on the decision of the Kyiv City Council of 23.06.2022 No. 4754/4795).

The collection of scientific papers is included in the list of scientific professional editions of Ukraine ('Б' category, order of 15.13.2021 № 420).

Publication frequency: twice a year (June, December).

The editorial board of the journal “Literary Process: methodology, names, trends” and Borys Grinchenko Kyiv Metropolitan University, as its publisher, adhere to the standards of publication ethics and make efforts to prevent its violation. Guidelines for us are the principles developed by the Ethics Committee on Publications (http://publicationethics.org).

The journal follows the Open Access policy, according to which all materials of the magazine are immediately available without charge to all users after publication. Users are allowed to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of the articles, or use them for any other lawful purpose, without asking prior permission from the publisher or the author. This is in accordance with the BOAI definition of open access.
